Jennifer Monroe, MA, MPH
Executive Director
Jennifer has graduate degrees in Public Health, as well as International Administration. She comes to the Center with over 30 years of experience in prior leadership roles within the non-profit and public health sectors, including chief executive roles at philanthropic, ambulatory health care and supportive service organizations. Jennifer is a trained yoga instructor, trained in caregiver coaching and consultation and certified in multiple evidence-based modalities.

Becky Zinn-Caulfield, MSW, LICSW
Assistant Director
Becky has over 20 years of experience in clinical social work, including case management, palliative care and hospice and is passionate about supporting older adults and their families. Becky has a master’s degree in social work from the University of Denver. Becky is trained in caregiver coaching and consultation, as well as certified as a Powerful Tools for Caregivers class leader.

Carrie Kilberg
Office Manager
Carrie began her career at Fairview Health Services and spent over twenty-five years in event planning and hospitality for Normandale Lutheran Church. She served for ten years on the BOD at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts in leadership roles as Secretary, Membership and Hospitality Chair, and five years as Chair or Co-Chair of the MIA’s annual Art in Bloom event. Carrie has a degree in psychology and is a long-time Edina resident.

Cheryl Nickelson, MSW, LGSW
Engagement Coordinator
Cheryl began her career in clinical social work, working with children and families. She also has ten years of experience working with senior living residence's. Cheryl received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Saint Thomas. She is trained in caregiver coaching and consultation, and multiple evidence-based modalities.

Suzanne Klein, Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Suzanne has a background in website management, advertising, publishing, communications, and data analysis, including a 5-year long role as Member Communications Director at Normandale Lutheran Church. She is also a freelance violinist and has enjoyed playing for the Center’s respite groups over the years.

Mary Lemon
Caregiver Education Assistant
Mary has a BA in Psychology and Family & Social Studies from the University of Minnesota. She is passionate about supporting the community through planning educational events and workshops. Mary is a trained Matter of Balance instructor and co-facilitates support groups when needed.
