Caregiving can be deeply rewarding but also comes with it’s challenges. Creative expression of any kind can provide a safe outlet for expressing and exploring complex emotions while engaging in a meaningful and enjoyable activity. Whether you’ve already created something or are just starting out, this workshop will provide an opportunity for you to express your unique experiences and reflect on your role as a caregiver. Through guided prompts, supportive feedback, and a warm community, you’ll discover the power of the creative arts to heal and inspire.
